6 Intellectual Property

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7 and 10) shall continue to apply.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
